2. Information we collect

When you request a free report, order the Full Blueprint, or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Your name, phone number (WhatsApp number) and email address
• Your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth, used to calculate your astrology and numerology reading
• Any question or context you choose to share with us
• Payment details for paid orders, handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver the report or consultation you asked for
• Send you the report, booking confirmations, and payment receipts by WhatsApp and email
• Let you know about the Full Blueprint report and Private Consultation, if you have not already used those services, as a follow up to your free report or booking
• Improve our reports and services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to generate reports, process payments, and deliver messages by WhatsApp and email. These providers only receive the information needed to perform that specific task, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

4. WhatsApp and email updates

By requesting a free report, ordering the Full Blueprint, or booking a Private Consultation, you agree that Divya Bajaj may message you on WhatsApp and by email about:

• The report or booking you requested, and anything needed to deliver it
• Our paid services, if relevant to what you already asked for, sent only occasionally and never more than a few messages in total

You can stop the second kind of message, the occasional update about our paid services, at any time. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or send us a message saying you would like to stop, and we will honour that immediately and permanently for that request. Messages confirming a report you asked for, or a call you booked and paid for, are not promotional and will still be sent, since they relate directly to a service you have already requested.

5. Data retention and sharing

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet our own record-keeping needs, such as payment and support records. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers described above, and where required by law.

6. Terms and conditions of use

The free report

The free numerology report is provided for general awareness and entertainment purposes, based on the details you provide. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

The Full Blueprint report and Private Consultation

These are paid services. The price shown on the website at the time you order is the price charged. Once a report has been generated for you, or a consultation slot has been confirmed, that order is treated as fulfilled. If something goes wrong on our side, for example a payment is taken but a report or booking is not created, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will make it right.

Accuracy

Astrology and numerology readings reflect traditional interpretive methods and the information you provide. We do not guarantee outcomes based on any reading, and any decisions you make based on a report or consultation are your own.

We may update this page from time to time as our services change. The version shown here is the one that applies at the time you use the Services.
